You. Don’t know freedom

And I can’t say it is entirely your fault.

America has done a phenomenal job at keeping its citizens oblivious to the atrocities of the outside world.

Having poverty and genocide pitched in a very specific light that is only focused on creating clickbait, Making money, and creating distractions.

As war veterans we are lucky?!, fortunate?! To see the world for how it truly is. A place where there is a great deal of murder, violence, and extreme poverty. and also a great deal of love that is often ignored by our media and government.

Coming back to the states makes this very obvious.

So when we see the struggles here, we have a unique perspective on them.

We see the impact that certain laws or social norms have on the country and its people, but we also see things from a birds-eye view, such as; a lot of what’s going on is a distraction. Making citizens fight each other is a smokescreen. Have you fight and argue, so the government can pass laws that limit freedoms.

Freedom is kept in place through a few different means;

The fight

The fight to preserve our way of life means young men and women sign up to sacrifice their freedoms and potential life to stop threats to our way of life

Education and intelligence

  • The average American reads at an 8th-grade level.
  • The average American math skills are at about 5th to 6th grade.
  • Emotional intelligence is within the elementary school range as well.
  • Only about 11% of Americans have a graduate degree.

It is about education and emotional insight. We need to constantly grow. For the growth is what gives us the ability to choose representatives that respect the notion that there should be a balance between liberty and freedom.

A reflection

With this current viewpoint of tearing it all down, be ashamed of our past and current social/political issues that some have, you would think America is this terrible stain that has taken just horrible direction that no other nation has taken before and it should all burned in…
