Will you sit with me in my despair and misery?

Will you sit with me while I sulk in my self-doubt?

Will you sit with me when I judge the character of my soul?

Will you sit with me as I reflect upon the choices I’ve made?

Will you sit with me when I am battling my demons?

Will you sit there and celebrate the victories?

Will you sit with me and know that when I say “I’m good,” you know the true meaning of my silence?

Will you sit with me and know that the synchronicity of our silence is what my soul needed?
