The title might seem like a bait and switch, but it’s not.

No matter how much thinking you do or strategizing, you think you need. It comes down to one thing!

Actionional behaviors

Thinking about goals helps, to a point but what you do is what matters and changes your world.

Let’s look at S.M.A.R.T. GOALS :

S. Specific

M. Measurable

A. Achievable

R. Realistic

T. Timely

A goal of being physically fit is a good start, but the likelihood that you will actually do it increases as you break it down and define it. Example:

Loose X amount of weight (specific) by this particular date (measurable) given I have the schedule to do it(achievable) that is within my ability(realistic) given I work out this many times a week (timely)

So, applying this process to any goal has a high level of success for you.

That is as far as the thinking should go. After that, follow the PROCESS.
