There are so many self-help books out there. Einstein stated that repeating the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is insanity. Logic would tell us the same about the elf help category.

Self-esteem- is how you view yourself.

Self-efficacy- is how you view your ability to handle or accomplish a task.

Motivation is your drive to do a certain task or activity.

They are not reliable metrics because they can vary and change given your sleep, mood, environment, and the company you keep.

These things impact you in minor and significant ways, and you can only do so much to minimize this impact.

On the other hand, if chosen correctly, values are unwavering and challenging to live up to daily.

That struggle is what you want; you want to constantly be challenged to do better and fight to become your full potential.

Compassion- sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.

Honesty- showing respect towards others and having integrity and self-awareness.
