Social interactions

It’s not just a job, it’s a career that enhances the way you think and process information.

Nothing just is; it is all a social construct. That means we are c9nstantly putting puzzle pieces together. It does not mean we are not psychoanalysis you. We just have been trained and practiced in the art of paying close attention to your friction invoice and the connection it has to memories and statements. A majority of the time, it is this process that happens in the back of our minds. You learn to put it on the back burner. I’ll be honest, though, at least for me; it never really turns off.

Self-care

This skill and habit is something we constantly talk about. We encourage our clients to build Tim into their schedules and consistently practice hobbies and interests.

It's not just a default that we throw out there it is vital!

I mean deadly serious. Read my previous articles about stress and perspectives and you will see that the way in which you understand or perceive stress changes how your body heals or becomes damaged.

As a psychotherapist, I have found that making time for myself, even if that means waking at 4:30 am, then it is what it means.
